Sow: March to September 
Harvest: April to October

A bit of an all-rounder. Young leaves can be used like chives or use the whole stem as a spring onion later in the season. Attractive white flowers in early Summer. 

Sowing instructions: 

Seeds can be started off indoors at any point in the year. Sow a good sprinkling of seeds into a 7cm pot and then grow on until roots fill the pot. Transfer into a 9cm pot and then plant out. 

Growing instructions:

Space plants 20cm apart and harvest frequently to encourange new growth.
