The long cropping season and versatility of Pak Choi makes it invaluable in any kitchen garden. Can be harvested as micro greens, baby leaf or full bulb. Great in a stir fry or vegetable broth.
 
Sowing instructions: 

Sow a few seeds per pot and cover lightly with compost, Pot on when lrge enough to handle and then into final position in late spring. Leave at least 20cm between plants.
