Becoming increasingly popular amongst the health conscious – when baked the flesh makes spaghetti-like strands that are a fantastic alternative to pasta or noodles 

Sowing instructions: Sow from March onwards. Sowing in individual cell modules works best, cover lightly with compost and place on a sunny windowsill or heated greenhouse. Germination takes 7-10 days. Pot on when large enough to handle.
