Fantastic salad leaf commonly known as Japanese Mustard. Very similar to Salad Rocket, and can be used at baby leaf stage for salads or stir fry older leaves.

Sowing instructions: 

Direct sow in stages throughout the year for a continuous crop.

Growing instructions:

Cut and come again variety. Don't let the plants flower. 

Harvesting instructions:

Snip leaves off as needed.

Really easy! Just sow the seeds and harvest leaaves as you need them.
