Not a true mint, also known as Lemon Bergamot and Lemon Bee Balm. Use as you would Mint or Lemon Balm.

Sowing instructions: 

Sow from March onwards. Sow a few seeds in a 7cm pot, very thinly cover seed, and place on a sunny windowsill. Germination takes 7 to 10 days. Pot on when first true leaves appear.
