Sow: March to May
Flowers: July to October
Harvest: March to October
Difficulty: Intermediate
Commonly known as Syrian Oregano. Small pale green/gray leaves with a strong flavour.
Sowing instructions: Sow a few seeds in a 7cm pot, don't cover as the seeds need light to germinate, and place on a sunny windowsill. Pot on when large enough to handle.

Slightly harder to start from seed than Origanum vulgaris but really not too complcated. Just make sure you keep the compost moist while the seedlings are young,
Probably the prettiest leaves of any Oregano and makes lovely ground cover. Hardy in most areas but protect if you're in a particularly exposed area prone to heavy frost.
