Sow: Throughout year - idealy early spring as germination can be slow
Harvest: April to November
Height/Spread: 90cm+ x 50cm
Difficulty: Intermediate

A bit of an oddity. Cook young flower heads like sprouting broccoli or use the young leaves in salad. Distinct broccoli/rocket/mustard flavour

Sowing instructions:

Sow throughout year. Though ideally in early Spring as germination tends to be quite slow and eratic - it'll often pop up when you've given up on it.

Very erratic germination. I tend to sow in modules then leave in a coldframe, potting on as each young plant appears.
