Plant Information:
Origanum marjorana

Harvest: March to October
Considered to be the finest flavour of the Oregano family. Less hardy than O. vulgare so grow as an annual or protect over winter.
Sowing instructions:
Sow a few seeds in a 7cm pot, don't cover as the seeds need light to germinate, and place on a sunny windowsill. Pot on when large enough to handle.
Growing instructions:
Best grown in a pot in free-draining compost and protected over winter.
Notes:
For this variety add the leaves at the end of cooking.
