Essential in any herb garden. Commonly grown for the leaves, but the purple flowers are also edible and are fantastic in a quiche.

Sowing instructions: 

Seeds can be started off indoors at any point in the year. Sow a good sprinkling of seeds into a 7cm pot and then grow on until roots fill the pot. Transfer into a 9cm pot and then plant out. 

Growing instructions:

Space plants 20cm apart and harvest frequently to encourange new growth.
